Welcome! I am a passionate therapist supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and personal growth. My approach is grounded in empathy, understanding, and evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique needs. I am committed to helping improve your wellness and overcome barriers, to grow and feel empowered to help you feel in control of your life.

My passion is working with individuals addressing various mental health and wellness concerns. Those who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, body positivity, family conflict, and self-esteem. I have immense experience working with children, teens, adults and families who struggle with behavioral concerns, conflict resolution, anxiety and depression.

I am a Provisional Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and Social Worker in Nebraska. I began my career in social work and found myself continually in the realm of mental health. I have worked in the social service field for 15 years with clients across the entire lifespan within a multitude of various environments. I began my career providing direct care working in community health and mental health centers and then later transitioned to school and community based programs, and nonprofits. My career has continually been person-centered reflecting mental health.
With my eclectic experience and personal journey, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. In therapy I use a person-centered approach where we focus on creating a welcoming and non-judgmental space. Additionally, I incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities to help clients meet their goals. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and mindfulness-based techniques. I also embrace the Wellness Model into my therapeutic practice to foster a holistic approach to mental health for promotion of long-term resilience, personal growth, and balance.
